| MATC is governed by a nine-member board with representatives from Clay, Geary, and Pottawatomie and Riley Counties and one at-large member. Board members serve a four year term with approximately one-half of the seats being reappointed every two years. Reappointment of the members is accomplished by means of a sub-committee interview process. |

| Mr. Arthur Loub – 4 year term- Expires June 30, 2010 |
|  | Mr. Loub has been the President of the KSU Foundation. He is a board member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and served on committees for Economic Development including development of the Miller Tract. He was appointed by the Governor to be a member of the Kansas Cavalry to attract corporations to relocate to the state of Kansas. He was an Adjunct Professor in the School of Journalism and taught a course in Fund Raising and Development. |
| Mr. Dick Green – 4 year term- Expires June 30, 2012 |
 | Mr. Green is a General Contractor and the Vice President for Walters-Morgan Construction. He specializes in public works projects for local, State and Federal Agencies in Kansas and Oklahoma. Mr. Green is a forty year resident of Kansas and Oklahoma. Mr. Green received his Degrees in Building Construction and Trade & Industrial Education. He is a participant in several Industry associations including the AGC of America, Kansas Contractors Association, American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association of the United States Army. |
| A.N. “Ole” Olsen (Vice-Chair) – 4 year term- Expires June, 30, 2012 |
 | Ole Olsen was born in Council Grove Kansas, he received his BSCE from Kansas State College. Ole received his MS in Financial Management from Navy Post Graduate School. He retired from Civil Engineer Corps (Sea Bees) of the Navy with the rank of Captain. Ole worked in the International Division of Periui Corporation (a general construction firm) in Framingham Massachusetts. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Texas), and a member of ASCE with the grade of “Fellow”. Ole and his wife Inger have five children and nine grand children. |

| Dr. Norris Wika – 4-year term- Expires June 30, 2010 |
 | Dr. Wika has been a superintendent of schools, including 14 years at Wamego. In his retirement, he has served as interim Principal at Neodesha High School, Wabaunsee Sr. High School and Centralia High School. Dr. Wika worked two years as a Para Educator at Manhattan High School. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at Highland Community College in Wamego, this position involves teaching four sections of speech. Dr. Wika has served in various civic capacities in the communities in which he worked. |
| Ms. Marla Brandon (Chair) – 4 year term- Expires June 30, 2012 |
 | Marla is currently the Accounting Manager for Networks Plus in Manhattan Kansas. She is also an adjunct instructor at Highland Community College. She has a B.S. in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration. She is a former member of the Wamego Chamber of Commerce and served on the Farmers’ Night committee. Marla served as a member on one of the USD 320 Strategic Planning Committees in 1998. |

 | Mr. Thornberg is the general manager for Jim Clark Auto Center in Junction City. He serves on the Technical Education Advisory Committee for Junction City High School and is involved in community and county economic and workforce development initiatives. |
| Dr. David Craft, DDS – 4 year term – Expires June 30, 2012 |
 | Dr. Craft runs a private dental practice in Junction City Kansas. Dr. Craft is a member of several civic organizations, past officer of the Golden Belt Dental District of the Kansas Dental Association, and past president of the Junction City Men’s Booster Club (local business professionals). |

 | Donna received her BS degree in Accounting and Business education from K-State. She was a business educator for thirty years, the last twenty four at Riley County High School. Donna started the Entrepreneurship Program at Riley County High School. She is currently a board member of the Clay County Child Care, Head Start and Early Head Start programs. She has served as the Economic Development Director of Clay County. Donna has been Chairman of the United Methodist Trustees and Memorial committees, and has served in various civic activities in the community. She and her husband Lorenze are both active members of the Kansas Elks Association. Donna is an accountant for her husband’s Pioneer Seed business in Clay Center and they own a small antique shop. |

 | Todd Frieze is a board certified family physician currently practicing family medicine at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City. He also has a part-time clinic in Chapman Kansas. Dr. Frieze received a bachelor of arts in chemistry from the University of Kansas in 1995, and graduated from KU Medical School in 1999. |
