ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Enrollment can be completed during regular office hours at MATC or by telephone if using a credit card for payment. Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-enrolled process. Full payment of course fees must be made at the time of enrollment. If you have a group interested in customized instruction or a particular class, contact MATC for assistance. Every effort will be made to meet the instructional needs of your business or group of interested students.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All tuition and fees for courses must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. A full refund will be given for classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Students will receive a refund of 100% tuition and fees if written notification is received at MATC during office hours at least two days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be given after that point. Allow two-three weeks for your refund check to be processed. Visa, Mastercard  and Discover are accepted.

ACCESSIBILITY

Manhattan Area Technical College is accessible for disabled individuals. Those needing enrollment assistance due to physical disadvantages are encouraged to contact MATC.

CNA classes:  It is our intention to schedule at least 2 CNA classes during each semester and at least one during the summer.  Fall 2010 CNA classes are fully enrolled.

We are no longer able to maintain a waiting/contact list for people interested in CNA.  As new classes are scheduled, they will be posted on this page, so please check often.
