WorkKeys Job Profiling is a structured process using job incumbents
to conduct task analysis, skill identification and skill ranking to
clearly identify the skills required for success in the profiled job.
Companies have experienced improved efficiency and productivity using
the profiling results to adjust company procedures. WorkKeys Profiling
is a trademarked system representing over 10 year of design, research
and development and is used in 48 states. MATC has a licensed WorkKeys
job profiler on staff to meet your needs promptly. Learn more about
WorkKeys at www.act.org/workkeys. |

WorkKeys Assessments measure the skills identified during job profiling.
These assessment results are used for better hiring and promotion
decisions and to design customized training. Tests are available in
eight generic workplace skills: Reading, Math, Locating Information,
Teamwork, Observation, Writing, Listening, and Applied Technology.
Assessments ensure screening, hiring, and promotion of candidates
with the right skill sets. The WorkKeys system is EEOC and ADA compliant.
