GENERAL INFORMATION ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES Enrollment can be completed during regular office hours at MATC. Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-enrolled process. Full payment of course fees must be made at the time of enrollment. If you have a group that is interested in customized instruction or a particular class, contact MATC for assistance. Every effort will be made to meet the instructional needs of your business or group of interested students. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY All tuition and fees for courses must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. A full refund will be given for classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Students will receive a refund of 100% tuition and fees if written notification is received at MATC during office hours at least two days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be given after that point. Allow two-three weeks for your refund check to be processed. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. ACCESSIBILITY Manhattan Area Technical College is accessible for disabled individuals. Those needing enrollment assistance due to physical disadvantages are encouraged to contact MATC. MATC hours are 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday when classes are in session. If limits are not met or are exceeded, courses may be combined, added or canceled. All courses currently scheduled are listed in the following schedule. A brochure is available at MATC.
