Administrative Assistant Position

The position is for Administrative Assistant, and the employee would work with the managing partner performing a variety of administrative duties including light bookkeeping, accounts payable, inventory control, etc. In addition to the administrative duties, this position also has client reception and legal assistant functions. The position requires good communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask is important. The work environment is challenging, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Although the position is full time, we would consider someone on a part-time basis until graduation.
